Every month in the three month program will carry a theme for you to focus your talents on in the kitchen. Following a theme gives you enough structure to develop your skills while also encouraging creativity and optimal learning.
This program runs every 3 months to coordinate with the seasons. You can choose one season or continue every season through the year. After one year of following the program you will graduate as a plant based culinary artist!
