I specialize in plant based cuisine which includes vegetarian, vegan, raw and gluten free foods.
My culinary style is light, healthy, world cuisine and may incorporate Mediterranean, Moroccan, Spanish, Asian and Latin American flavors. I am also skilled at pastry and baking, traditional or vegan, raw and gluten free.
I am available to create breakfast, lunch, dinners, snacks, and desserts privately or for small parties or can be hired for retreats. Contact me to discuss your interests and needs.

I am a certified Health Coach, herbalist, reiki level 1 practitioner, and Kripalu yoga instructor with Master's Degree studies in holistic nutrition.
